How to delete customers created for testing?

Get a fresh download of 139h and copy the file from there to your server.

OK, I had copied the original before replacing it with the fresh one. The problem with the fresh one is that I was not able to even get the admin login or anything so I had to put the original one back. Am I doing something wrong or what?

There is no question that you're doing something wrong.
You have made a change that has broken your admin panel.

I have no idea what to do. I am at a loss. I mean, if I put a new general file in there then I can't even login and work with it.

My recommendation would be to save off admin/includes/configure.php and reload the entire admin folder from a known good download. You've broken something and I can't debug it for you on the forum.

You could hire someone to fix this for you but I doubt that would be worth what someone would charge.
