Looking for a mod that informs customer they've already bought the items in the cart

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a mod that will check the customers order when they go to check out to see if they have already purchased the item they are trying to purchase?
If they have purchased the item in the past it gives them a message telling them that they has purchased the item before and asks them if they still want to purchase it.

I find this a useful thing when I'm shopping on-line as I have tried to make a duplicate purchase and on sites without this feature have succeeded and had to go back to the shop owner and ask for a refund.

I would like to be able to offer this feature to my customers.
