Subscription Service Management

Hello,

I'm exploring OS E-commerce solutions and I think this might be the one for me.

My main concern is that I will be using this package for customers to manage their own subscription accounts to our CSA. For example, once somebody has paid me for an 8 week session, I need to allow them the opportunity to opt-out and receive credit for the value of a week on their account. Is there an add-on or functionality built-in where people could have account balance with me and the flexibility to cancel already made orders?
