    Default Help!! admin not getting notified of new orders!

    I'm not html-literate, but can follow directions. I've looked everywhere I can think of and searched these forum threads to no avail.
    I cannot get our orders to show up in the Orders page under Customers. We are getting no Order Items detail.Their credit card gets charged and we receive payment. We get order messages, but no items detail. I did get my own to show when testing both PayPal and credit card. NONE of our customers are getting through. Is these something in the "Define Order Success" that I am missing? Is it in the .php files? Is it Admin? Is it an attribute? An Option? Arrgh!
    Don't let me hurt MySQL!

    4) it is not- out of the box new

    You didn't answer my question about payment modules.
    Your symptoms sound like an incorrectly-set-up PayPal IPN module. Easiest fix would be to click Remove on your IPN module, and click Install on your Express Checkout module and set it up as per instructions. www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal
    The IPN module is based on very old PayPal architecture which is prone to communication problems largely because it was never intended to be used on database-driven sites like Zen Cart. Express Checkout however was designed specifically for ecommerce sites like Zen Cart.

    Oops! Right. I made a note of these and then forgot to add them:
    authorize.net- for cr.card processing,
    check/ money order- for pay by snail-mail
    and
    PayPal Standard- IPN

    OK- I'll remove this paypal and getpaypal via the Express Checkout Module.

    Well that may be correct, but it may be related to PayPal- the customer comments have all been that the checkout procedure is complicated. So I did the PayPal reinstall as you directed. It could be that the PayPal interface with Authorize was not correct and the process (communications link?) broke at the time of sending the order message to both the payment portal and to our admin. So- the PayPal correction may correct this, we'll see.
    The closest thing I find for answer to the Authorize module question is that we have Transaction Version 3.1. Another item with this is that echeck.net is NOT enabled. I do not find anything specifically called the Authorize.net module identifier.

    In Zen Cart v1.3.9h there are 3 authorize.net-related payment modules under Admin->Modules->Payment:
    - Authorize.net SIM
    - Authorize.net AIM
    - Authorize.net eCheck

    I was just asking which one you're using.
