Default Configure.php is empty after install

I have my website hosted by Godaddy. I did the Auto install of Zen Cart through their site, and everything appeared to go through fine.
When I get to the point to login as an Admin to set up my cart, there is a big red Warning.
First it says to Delete the ZC_Install folder, which I did.
Next it says to rename my Admin folder. However, when I go to my Configure.php file, it is empty and shows 0 mb in size.

Remember, I am installing Zen Cart for the first time, and will be building it from scratch. I just can't get past this error because I can't rename my Admin folder???

Also, when I go to my website www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.com/Admin, I get this:
ERROR: admin/includes/configure.php file not found. Suggest running zc_install/index.php?

Yes. Best to download it and do the installation under your control. It takes a little longer than the one-click type installations, but gives you a better understanding of what's going on and is more reliable.
