What you would want is an Arabic language pack for Zen Cart (look in Free Addons to see if there is a suitable one). You can install any language on any properly-built template, with perhaps some tweaks for particular features.

Read the tutorials for information on language packs.

Sorry, you're not likely to get it already converted. You will have to do it yourself, by installing the template and then installing an Arabic language pack, and maybe doing some tweaks for right-to-left text.
