    Default Repeating in Paypal express post

    Hi,
    My website located at http://www.roadtogad.com

    i am using Zencart v1.3.9h

    Recently i have few customer claim that after inputting their payment detail, the payment process doesn't go to the next step, this is how my customer said:

    BUT your website seems to take me right up to option where I can pay by
    PayPal or continue with credit card etc but then the process stops with no
    more further information. I do not know if I have already actually purchased
    anything and I can't keep trying otherwise I may have multiple unwanted
    purchases...



    So, is there any people help to tell what seems to be going wrong on my website? Has i done any wrong setting in the Paypal express module? I think some customer doesn't have such problem. Is it caused by my setting? the hosting? or the Paypal system?

    Please kindly help, or if have any idea, please kindly inform me

    I've contacted Paypal once and they reply that there maybe integration problem on my shopping cart. However, some customer seems has no problem and can process checkout.

    There are two ways to use Express Checkout: (a) clicking the PayPal button on the shopping cart page, or (b) clicking the regular checkout button on the shopping cart page and then choosing Paypal from the list of available payment methods.

    If your customers are having problems when using the first method, you can turn that button off by going to your Zen Cart settings page for the Express Checkout module, and setting the Express Checkout Shortcut Button option to off. That may bypass the problem your customer is experiencing.

    I had a similar issue and seemed to solve it by setting Configuration-My Store-cURL Proxy Status to false.

    Have you made purchases from your store on a variety of computers using pay pal? I have a personal pay pal account I use for testing both with the express check out and by logging into the account.

    Thanks for your advice. However, I have already set it to false previously, but the problem still occur.
