Default (10002) Cant connect to PayPal Express

My new website http://www.amazingaccessories.co.uk I have set up PayPal Express and I have put all the API details in but I cannot seem to get it to work when I go through checkout.

    The message I get is
We are sorry for the inconvenience. The PayPal account authentication settings are not yet set up, or the API security information is incorrect. We are unable to complete your transaction. Please notify the store owner so they can correct this problem. (10002)

    Any advice.

    Alex

That means you've entered the wrong API credentials.

Log in to PayPal click on the profile page -> request / view API signature. PayPal has updated the layout if you cant find it give them a call.

You're probably using "Sandbox" mode with Live credentials, or you're using "Live" mode with sandbox credentials.
Or you're just using wrong credentials altogether.
