I am having troubles with EZ-Pages

I am having troubles with EZ-Pages. I cannot see them. I know this must be very simple but I seem to miss something or something that is not enabled.

I have v1.3.9h and barebone template

In Admin/Tools/EZ-Pages I make two pages their ID is 1 & 2.

On page 1, I set Sidebox 40, chapter 0 and TOC 0 It has internal link, no external link
On page 2, I set Sidebox 6 chapter 1 and TOC 1 no internal link, no external link
The Sidebox is green for both pages and for the TOC everything else is red.

In Configuration/EZ-Page Settings EZ-Pages Display Status - Sidebox is 1

I want pages to show in side panel. I am not thinking of TOC yet although it would be good to understand. I just want links in sidebar.

Did you add text to your sideboxes?

On one page it has text inside the page
on the other page it is only a link to another page that is already showing. (I want to see if it show two times as different links).

Both pages have titles.

I do not know what more you mean with
