Glad to see the accents corrected in the utf-8 version.

Alava is missing the accent on the first a: Álava

I would suggest A Coruña is changed to La Coruña as the former is the local variation used in La Coruña itself: items sent from outside the province would be addressed to La Coruña.

Everyone has an opinion. We can never please everyone ... not everyone even agrees with ISO standards!

ISO says it's officially A Coruña but localized old language use also includes La Coruña
