[Done v1.5] Updating Cart with Restricted Qty Item

Using ZenCart 1.3.9h and I'm am having a problem with shopping cart updates when an item in the cart is restricted to QTY of 1.

I have the product setup as:

Products Quantity Box Shows: No
Product Qty Minimum: 1
Product Qty Maximum: 1
Product Qty Units: 1
Product Qty Min/Unit Mix: Yes

The qty on this item can't be edited, but after it is added to the cart, whenever I update the cart (whether I've changed qty of another item or not) I get the message :

The quantity added to your cart has been adjusted because of a restriction on maximum you are allowed. See this item: Complementary Pattern

Has anyone else seen this and know how to fix it?
