I want to change the position of the ezpages sidebox from the LEFT to the RIGHT on my home page, but when I change the setting in the Layout Boxes Controller, the sidebox just disappears.
My web developer tells me this is due to the template (Pure_Blue) which only allows LEFT boxes on the home page and it would be a major reconfig to change. Is this really true? If its possible, how to do it?
I'm using v1.3.9h, but the site has been upgraded recently.

I have tested that template and had side boxes display both left and right side. Go into admin to tools/layout boxes controller

    find sideboxes/ezpages.php and click edit

there you can select from right or left side and column status on/off
