How to change picture size on specias page?

I hope someone can help me to solve this issue.

Products on specials page on my website (please see the link below) are not uniform, i.e. 1 product picture is small and other is too big and it looks bad.

I looked through the community forum and could not find a solution for this issue.

I am guessing the must be a function on admin where it makes all products same size.

Please help!

The professional way to mitigate this is to matte all your images to the same size matte

Other than that the settings in admin > config > image options - are there for setting re-size

How do I reduce the size of the pictures that are shown when I put items on special. The item shows up on my front page but is so big that when I add another item the pictures of the other item overlap the picture of the first item.www.customdollhouse.com.
appreciate any help I am realy not very knowledgeable on making changes to web pages.

Thanks to Pauline this issue is solved, please see details below

Go into Configure - Images and change the small image parameters.

This should fix your oversized or small images on the main page and also made every image the same size..
Also if you go into Configure index listing you can select how many images in the row or column.
