    the hosting support reply:

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We checked your query and tried the "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/index.php". When we opened it to a browser, the "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/index.php" redirects to "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE.php". Like what was said on the previous email corresponce, that there were no syntax on the ".htaccess" file for a redirection. We checked further and the "/FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE.php" file is not in your webspace. When the "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE.php" was accessed, it gives out an error 404. Error 404 means that the file being accessed is non-existing. You need to check the scripts why it redirects to "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE.php" and not opening the "http://mizutabako.net/shop1/admin/index.php" since there were no redirection scripts created in your ".htaccess" file.

FILENAME_ALERT_PAGE is defined in the filenames.php file. If that's missing from your site's file, then youv'e got an old version and need to fix that, and double-check your entire site to find out everything else that's wrong too.
