    Default Orders do not show up - v1.3.8

    Please let me know why my customer placed an order, but the order did not show up.

    The order disappeared, but the payment went through.

    I need to modify that I did not see the orders shown in the admin as well as in the database.

    I tried to place an order, and I got checkout successfully. But I did not see any orders displayed in Admin as well as in Database. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Default Order does not show up in Admin as well as in Database!

    I am currently using Zencart 1.3.8, and I got problem with customer orders.

    When my customers place an order(s), the orders do not shown up in Admin as well as in Database.

    Although Checkout process was alerted successfully and the paypal payment went through, there are no orders shown in Admin as well as in Database.

    The customers can create an account, and they can login their account.

    I've been trying to figure out what is going on for many days, but I really got stuck.

    Please help!!!!!!!!!!

    Two important steps:
    1. Upgrade to the latest version of Zen Cart. Yours is vulnerable to security flaws.
    2. Click "Remove" on the PayPal IPN module, and click "Install" on the Express Checkout module and configure it: www.zen-cart.com/getpaypal
