Allow Customer to have Multiple Logins For One Account?

I know it can't be done without some sort of customizing, but is there any way, or any add-on, that allows an account to have multiple email addresses for logging in?

Several of my accounts have different people from different departments ordering, so right now we end up having multiple accounts for one company, or we run around like maniac's trying to constantly change the email address in the customer's details to allow the other person to log in.

I'm sure I'm not the only person with this problem. Any ideas?
