Uploading description for products through Apsona

Hi everyone, I have a question.

When I upload product information (tech specs) to my website through apsona through an excel list, it comes all disorganized. I'd like to it be all nice with line breaks and paragraphs. Is there a way to do this? I'm new to all this so I'm not sure how to do this. =/

Explain more about what you mean by "disorganised".
What sort of line breaks are you using?

Can you paste a couple of line here, or better still attach a sample excel file here, or even better still point to a sample excel file on Google Docs or something?
