Blank GV/DC order followed by an echeck order??

I received an order and the customer paid with a paypal echeck payment and now I somehow have a blank order created that says payment method gift certificate/coupon along with the actual order??

Not quite sure how it happened but any help would be appreciated

Sorry.

It is 1.3.9h.
It was upgraded, not sure exactly from which version but it might have been 1.3. (how can i find out?)

I thought maybe its a problem with the ipn handler and checked the file with the 1.3.9h file and its the same

If you've got the actual order intact, plus a duplicate of it, simply delete the duplicate. The intermittent quirk that occasionally allows that to happen may be fixed in a future release.

This just happened to me using Zencart version 1.5. Customer order was paid in CAD using PayPal Express. I use U.S. Dollars. Had to go to PayPal and "accept" the transaction and convert it there. The GV/DC blank transaction was right after the main transaction. I do not have gift certificates/coupons installed. Possible bug with foreign currencies?
My cart is up to date and the database is converted to utf8 if this info helps at all.
