How to display payment choice on the bottom of my main page?

I like to have the payment choice displayed at the very bottom of the main page like your website:

Is there an option I can turn on/off? If no, how to make it?

What you see at Picaflor's site is customization which she is excellent at doing.
It is not a switch that is turned on or off, but a process of learning what is where and how to change it to meet your needs.
If you are unable to accomplish this on your own, there are many sources of instruction (go here and enter customize in the search bar) and designers ready to work.

This is an advanced customization. If you have solid css skills and know how to edit the php file, you can edit the tpl_footer.php file and add styles to the stylesheet.css file.
