order confirmation does not contain item number or name, just "store receipt"

I searched this subject and found one thread where it seemed to just end with no answer.

When an item is purchased from our store, the e-mail info provides the item information as "store receipt" instead of what was ordered.

For that and a lot of other reasons, you want to switch from Paypal IPN to the much more stable Paypal Express.
