    Default Can't Add Products in Admin on a Network Solutions hosted account

    I've looked around, but can't seem to find this issue else where.

    This is a fresh install on a Network Solutions hosted account.
    Zen Cart 1.3.9g
    Database Patch Level: 1.3.9g
    v1.3.9g [2011-09-29 11:58:18] (Fresh Installation)
    PHP Version 5.2.17
    System Linux vux133 2.6.37.6-NETSOL #1 SMP Wed May 25 20:14:32 EDT 2011 i686

    I created Category and sub category, then tried to add product. I can add in the product info, but when I click Preview, it stalls for a long time then the page times out. I have tried this on both a fresh install of 1.3.9h and now 1.3.9g

    Should be loading 1.3.9h
    Questionable host
    PHP should be 5.3
    Access Denied to the site you posted.

    Yeah, it's the host. They won't upgrade the PHP so I'm tearing it down and installing 1.3.8 which did work before on this host. Client won't move to new host, so I'm stuck with it. Thank you for your help.

    NO!!!!!!!!!
    v1.38 has some serious security problems. Don't go there.


    Network Solutions has always had problems performing well with advanced ecommerce like Zen Cart. It's quite unfortunate really.

    Maybe these might help bridge the problems you're having. And upgrading from 1.3.9g to 1.3.9h to fix some of the related issues would be a smart first step in your troubleshooting.
