NO download links - need help quickly please - grand opening is this weekend

For some reason, when someone does an order in my store (virtual product downloads) and their checkout total is zero (because using a coupon or downloading a free product) their download links do not show up. If they have a dollar total, the download links show up fine. We installed a Wishpot module last night, and uninstalled a wishlist module that wasn't working correctly, and I think we may have overwritten or deleted something we shouldn't have because that was about when the download issue started. Anyone know what it might be? We have new freebies that have hit the store and will have lots of downloads this weekend and they aren't working.

Can anyone help me with this? I just keep getting more and more emails with people who can't download, it is so frustrating.

What do you have set on the Payment Modules for the Order Status ...

Also check the Configuration ... GV/Coupons on the Order Status:

Default Order Status For Zero Balance Orders
When an order's balance is zero, this order status will be assigned to it.

When these orders come in that are not available on links ... what is there Order Status?

What are your settings in the Configuration ... Attribute Settings?

Are the Downloads on the Orders or are they missing?

status on these orders that are coming in show Delivered

The download links are not there at all if it is zero
it just comes up with a screen that says Thank You We Appreciate your Business Then it has the info I typed in on the page back when we set up the store saying that the products are virtual and they can download immediately if they paid with Paypal, then it has the box with the notify me of update on this product. That's it.
