Add optional extras to product

Hi guys

I am looking for an add on that allows me to have optional extras for a product - something with a selection box where the customer can select extras such as additional anti-virus program installed, extended warranty and delivery insurance.

It should look something like this:

Is there something like this out there?

You could also try and play around with attributes function of ZenCart and try to style attributes the way you would like 'em to appear.

Bottom line is. You should be able to achieve what you're looking to do by using CSS. The other option is having someone code it for you.
