Google Merchant module Version 1.12.0 by Numinix

Mine only contains one item and it's not even full item details as it is broken.

I get an encoding processing error.

I've been using this for a while, but recently my feed was suspended by Google. So I upgraded this module to newest version and uploaded a new feed. It only adds 2 products out of 450 it used to. These are the errors:

I could really do with this mod but the download says for vs 1 3 9 and below.

Will it work with vs 1.5?

I ran a test feed on the xml file and got the following error:

I see that line 28 is the description of the first product. How do I deduce what column number 29 is?
