how to get "more info..." on product listing desciption?

When on the All Products page, the description ends with a "More info..." to link to the product page. But when going into the listing for a specific category of products, the description just abruptly ends, no "More info..." link. How can I add "More info..." to the listing of category products?

Some products with longer descriptions have it..the products with shorter descriptions does not.

I can't tell if you want them all to have the ...more info or none of them, but you can set the number of characters that display there in Admin - Configuration - All Listing - Display Product Description. The default is 150.

I want to know how I can get the "More info..." to show up on the category page listing, for example:

None of these have the "More info..." on them, just the .... . I was just using the "All Products" listing page as an example that does show the "More info..." link.

That works to get the "More Info..." to show up but I don't want the price to show, unless I could get it to say "prices starting at..."

Seems like a glitch in the programming that the More Info will show up on the All Products page but not the individual category listing.
