Copying a Section (category) of my Store to Another Site

Hello,

I wish to copy a Product Category and all its data (all products, product pages, meta data etc.) from an existing site to another site. The additional site has Zen Cart loaded to it - basic program untouched, nothing else at all, and will concentrate solely on one product line from an existing multi-product line site.

What folders / files do I need to copy from my ftp existing site so that it seamlessly adds this selected product category to the new site.
