Shipping Price

How do you display the shipping price on the product display page?

It would be a pretty cool feature to have the shipping calculator on the product page. I wonder if it would be possible to swipe the code from the cart page and add it to the product template?

I'll be damned! It works. I just pasted the code in to tpl_product_info_display.php from the shopping cart page. The only issue is the box doesn't fully open. I'm sure that's something that can be solved with a little tinkering. Have a look-see:

OOPS! Belay that. Once the cart session has expired, it stops working.

I saw this on a website:

Orders placed weekdays before 3pm PST ship the same day!
Its 11:59 PM on Sunday. If you order now we'll send it out Monday

I marked this intentionally in red because it would be information that changes. The time is the real time & day of the week that a potential buyer sees. This shows that the item will be shipped the following day.

This would great to display on the product page.

Any help would benefit the community.

I am not a programmer so I don't know where to begin.

But there are some really great programmers here.

Anyone?
