I received an email from Paypal that I have an order and payment has been completed. The Payment Module is Paypal IPN - Website Payments Standard. I have not had trouble with this on this site before however a friend did recently have a similar issue --
Issue #1: I did not receive an email from the site that I had an order AND there is no order in the Admin.
Issue #2: The customer is new. I have the Place Order option in the Admin. I tried to place an order so that I could print and invoice. The Place Order button from the customer information in the Admin opened the catalog site (front end). I clicked Place Order and it logged me in as my customer. When I clicked My Account, it spun for a while and ultimately either did nothing or informed me that there were too many redirects. I tried this in Chrome and IE9.
Any suggestions?
