On the Contact Us page, I've figured out how to edit all the text, but after I edited the Store name and address fields, there are weird, non-english symbols appearing just below the address:

I can't read php files, so messing with the tpl_contact_us_default.php didn't work.
I'm working with version 1.3.9 and a custom template, which I've only begun to customize.
I need to get rid of the characters ""
Please help!

That happens when you edit the code using a crappy editor. You should always edit only with a plain text edition such as Notepad++.
