Idea or Suggestion Unable to reset the passworst through PhpMyadmin

    Hi,
I have forgotten my password for the zen cart admin. I have tried resetting the password but it is simply not sending the password to my admin email.
Then i tried creating a temporary Admin account through phpmyadmin and still i am unable to login with that credentials.
    Kindly Help..

What exact symptoms are you encountering when attempting to login?

yes, i have done this too. I followed the instructions and changed the details in tools-admin settings and when taken back to the login it only allows Admin, admin to login again ???

Um, yes, if you use the reset instructions mentioned earlier then that will add an "Admin" account with password "admin".
Were you expecting it to do something different than what it said it does?
When you delete the other admin accounts and leave only the new "Admin" account, then that's what you must login with.
