Getting 404 error after replacing a file.

Hi, have a simple link to a PDF file with a current price list. I was asked to update the price list so I did an ftp and uploaded to new PDF with the same file name.
I am getting the following error message.
Not Found. The requested URL /honesty price list.pdf was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It is possible this occurred a while back but it was definitely working when originally added about a year ago.
Any thoughts as to the problem much appreciated.

Are you absolutely positively 110% sure that you put the new file in the exact same spot as the original file and that you named it the exact same thing as the original file - same extension, extension written in all caps or all lower case or whatever the original was?

these are all different files.

and honesty-price is not the same as honesty_price is not the same as honestyprice............

Apparently, the problem has been corrected. The file is loading for me.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Yes file name was identical and yes now all of a sudden it is working **** don't you just love computers? For at last half an hour it did not work, tried older versions of the file did this forum entry and then pooof the Internet fairy sprinkles some magic dust and it starts to work.... I'm giving up computers and am gonna become a gardener.
