Content not showing on new host

I set up my site on a local machine running Windows XP. I have install the Editable MiddleBoxes module.The site runs well with the contents on the main page and middleboxes showing.
When I uploaded to a test hosting server, the mainpage content is showing but not the image of the middleboxes. I have check the error log on the server and it says File not found [/home/eperl/public_html/mystore/images/middlecontent.jpg] .
I have check the CPanel File Manager and is confirm that the file is there. I hope someone can advise why is the file unable to load.

Can't see what you're talking about when visiting that URL.

Check the permissions on your images folder.

I have images in a middlebox just beneath the slider and it is not loading.

I have set to 777.
When I used Firebug to point to the content, it says "failed to load given URL"

What URL is Firebug saying it's trying to load? And what happens when YOU try to go to that URL in a new browser tab?
If you get a 404-not-found when trying to open that image yourself, then ... well ... 404 means "not found".
So, either the file doesn't exist at that location, or permissions are set too low for it to be allowed to load.

If you're convinced that you've not got paths mixed up with where you think you're putting folders, then talk to your hosting company to get their problem sorted out.
