Ok so i have two examples of what i am trying to do. Not sure where to put this or make this happen. Been searching this forum and havent quite found anyone that has attempted or did this.

Ok so i want to add a facebook like button and google + button overlaping my header. look at the picture below to see where i want to put it.

basically i want my website to look like the above but with an extra button. any ideas where this code would be put or do i have write some code to make this happen? not sure.
