The checkout shipping also no working .

If it was working and you changed nothing, then it is likely that either a) Your host made some server changes that broke functionality, or b) You've been hacked.

This is in the heading of your blank pages:

<META content="text/html; charset=windows-1252" http-equiv=Content-Type>

That doesn't look correct to me.
