Having a problem with the position of buttons

Hi ZC user,
I have problem and I try everiting to fix that.
I use templates/classic and my buttons don't show correctly (buttons that are in top of thet page), the buttons in the Opera display properly in FireFox are moved to go down over the image header_bg

Ho to fix that? Looks really ugly

Another question, can I somehow all buttons that are at the top of the page to put them below image headre_bg?
