There is no error message. The animated progress image spins around then the login page just reloads.

The Debug file shows: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function zen_validate_user_login() in /home1/xxx/xxx/xxx/sales_info/login.php on line 38
Okay, then, as said previously, you're missing the file that contains that function, or you've got other files installed that are preventing that file from loading normally.
So, it comes down to:
- you have a bad FTP program which can't properly upload files
- you have changed core files, and broken normal operation
- you have installed addons, or have leftover addon fragments, which are interfering with normal file loading activity
