I visited http://www.kenaniaprinting.com/ and I'd like to know if anyone can tell me how to include the "instant" viewable price calculation that this site shows?
I am using version 1.39 of zen cart.

That's the dynamic price updater. Look for it in the free add-ons, but also read its support thread.
