Want 3 colums per row on home page and other pages

My client wants her store set up so that there are 3 products in each row, with the description, price and "add to cart" button below each item. I have entered a "3" in all places in images where there is an option "images per row", but still have just one per row. I DID increase my image size some, but I also made my wrapper bigger, thinking that was preventing the space needed for there to be 3 per row.

Any suggestions that would not be too complicated? Should I consider just buying a template that's set up this way? We do love the look that the cart is getting now, but she really wants more items across.

Do I need to worry that the last time it was updated was 2007? I'm using the latest version of Zencart. And with something like this, if it does not work, is it easy to remove?

That mod works fine with 1.3.9h and 1.5.0.

make a backup before you begin. You can either reload your safe backup or simply 'unpick' the files you load from the mod or remove any lines of code that the mod requires you install. Beyond Compare is the tool for the job for any mod imho.

The Column Layout Grid mod will work with v1.5. There are minor changes to product_listing.php in v1.3.9f and v1.5.0, but they will not affect the function.
