Default Can I revise a customer's order to add an attribute?

I recently set up a new product, and thought I had done everything to make it available...but then was advised that I had forgotten to set up the attributes to make it downloadable...

That is fixed - but now I need to modify the customer's order to make the purchase downloadable...can I do that, or do they need to reorder?

I could give them a special coupon - but it would be easier and cleaner to change the order to allow the download.

I have the same problem but has more to do with adding or subtracting charges from the original order. Apparently there is no way to alter an order once it is checked out. I do believe this is a major function that should be a part of ZC

There is a mod that allows you to alter orders as I have it on my site but it was in 2008 when I installed it. I will try and find the name. BBS.

No idea sorry. My site runs an older version of Zen Cart.
