Every time I have to send an email direct to a customer by zencart, time is very long, because I have almost 7000 customers. There is a direct method to send email without zencart go first to read the entire archive of email addresses?

in you admin go to Customers, and enter the customer name in the search box at the right top. After the customer is found you can directly email the specific customer

OK, but when I click on the email button, zencart get much time to open email send page.
