Order Totals side menu has disappeared

I just moved my 1.5.0 site from a demo folder to my root directory and went live. Now I cannot see the menu on the right side for any of the entries under the Order Total selection under Modules. All of the other menus look fine.

Not sure what I did, but it is working ok now
