EZ - Pages WARNING: An Error occurred, please refresh the page and try again.

I see that message, but before upload new files of italian version (same version of zencart 1.5.0) that error didn't exist, so I am sure that if I re upload american version it will be ok (my problem is that italian version has component like VAT deposit bank and other that american doesn't have).
Please do you have any idea how to solve?
Have I to create manually that table? or delete something to solve? Please I wouldn't install again, also because maybe with italian version problem it would be again...

solved copying files
ezpages_bar_footer.php
ezpages_bar_header.php
on includes>modules>classic
and includes>modules>mytemplate

sorry I have to add that for non american downloads, for example italian download
delete files on admin
ezpages.php and ezpages.php.bak
and substitute with ezpages.php of the american version.
