Apsona ShopAdmin Causes Internal Server Error when opened

Using ZenCart 1.3.9g. My question is in regard to APSONA ShopAdmin which I recently installed. When I try to open the program from the tools menu I receive this error. Can someone tell me what I need to do to fix this? I have not got a clue. Thank you in advance!
