It doesn't look like my contact us form is sending emails, i've tried to add the drop down box and get to send it to gmail.
But nothing any idea what to do?
It still send out customer sign up email

Did you check all the email addresses in admin->config->emails were all ok and not mistyped?
Not sure what you're talking about re the drop down box. If you can give a more detail you may get more answers :)
So in terms of email, it will only send out an email to the customer when they join.
I can't send out or receive any emails, that seems to be the only section of the email that works.
The drop down box is an option that you can setup to send to multiple email address.
I just want customers to be able to contact us through the contact us form
Okay so, I've got them all pointing to a google email address but still no luck.
I'm changing the settings in the configuration - email options part
I've also tried changing the email of the admin
Is there something else to do
