    Default Local tax module

    Hi,

    I'm trying to install the local Tax Module for California Taxes. I have installed it successfully but I can't figure out how to configure it so that the Local Taxes don't all show up in the checkout (see pic). I want it to only show the local tax when it applies to the City that I have configured it for.
