Yes; that would work out okay, but it's still another thing to scroll past on the side. I'd really prefer to put it in the blank space on the upper header -easy to spot, but out of the way.

You mean in the strip of image all the way at the top?

At the top, to the right of my logo. If I turn on the header search, it's in exactly the place I'd like the PayPal banner to go.
