Permissions for Banner Notes

Hi Ive been searching the forum looking for4 a solution but none to be found.

First i will provide the link gcinternationalmall As you will notice I have a changing banner. I replaced the old images direct to the server - BUT nothing changed until i made the images file "writeable" so im thinking the Issue with the banner notes is the same, but i don't know what file they are located in. You can see the I Phone is still displaying old Info on Panasonic Hammer Drill, And second Banner with football strips is displaying old Information on DeWalt mitre Saw.

As you will notice each image on the slide has a transparent sub banner that displays information and price, all the information on the Item has been changed via Banner Manager, but for some reason the change is not being appliaed. Again im thinking its a permission issue and that i would require changing the file to "writeable"

Any help would be appreciated, and as i mentioned I have searched for similar post but could not find, so a solution may help people with similar problem in the future.
