problem with compare products addon

Hi I have a problem with this addon and hope someone can help me solve it.

on top of the products displayed you can see part of the coding.
"COMPARE_DEFAULT
COMPARE_COUNT_START4COMPARE_COUNT_END"

also next to each product check box the display reads "COMPARE_DEFAULT"

I have searched the forum but cant an answer. the version of compare products is 1.0.0

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you change all the folders from the mod named YOUR_TEMPLATE to aberdeen_neutral before uploading ?

Yes renamed all the files to my current template.

Check to see that includes/languages/english/aberdeen_neutral/index.php and includes/languages/english/compare.php exist and aren't corrupted.

hi both files are there.
first one i compared to the compare original and seems fine
second one is there but not sure what i am looking for, here is a link to it.

Hoorah Have solved problem.

if anyone experiences the same there is a fault in the productlisting.php file.

i uploaded compareproducts V1.0.2 to my shop.

deleted the product listing php file.

downloaded compareproducts V1.0.0 and uploaded only the productlisting.php file.

now it works.

this is found in "includes/modules/your_template/productlisting.php

hope this helps others.
