Converting new listing into DIV need some help.

Hello.
I am trying to convert all my listings from table to divs. i have started with new listings so i removed all table refrences from tpl_module_new_product_listing.php and started with some simple divs.

now I need to group few items into single div . but i have failed to do so for past 2 days.

I want , Price, Model , weight , buy now button into single div only.
I was able to wrap image and description in their own div but can not figure how to group some items into single div.

any help would great.
