weird IP range on a particular order

Guys.

Just have a quick question. Not sure if it's a fraudulent order or not, so I figure I'd ask the gurus here :)

A particular order came through. Buyer paid using paypal (unverified).

Everything looks alright, like order is not out of the ordinary, and from within USA as well.

What caught our attention is the IP address shows 24.250.150.26 - 66.211.170.66

I mean how can that be? 24.250.150.26 is COX Communications, probably his ISP. But the end range, 66.211.170.66 shows EBAY.

Any ideas? I've not really encountered something like this before. How is the IP determined by zencart? source IP? If so, then that should only show one IP address and not a range right?

Most likely PayPal came back to complete the order so you have their IP Address ...
